These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Trucil Innovation website and the purchase of digital products from TRUCIL INNOVATION LIMITED (RC 8453467). By using our store, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Use of the Service

Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and US Dollars (USD). You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by our third-party processor, TransactPay; by paying you also agree to their terms. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where fraud or error is suspected.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including product files, text, graphics, logos, and the Trucil Press, Trucil Studios, and Trucil Labs imprints — is owned by or licensed to TRUCIL INNOVATION LIMITED and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a product grants you a licence to use it, not ownership of the underlying rights.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Because our products are digital, refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it before purchasing.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service and products are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRUCIL INNOVATION LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
